I was impressed with Gustavsson too actually, and I'm not even a Leafs fan. Imagine that! He made some nice saves, I seriously think the Leafs have a shot at 6th+ in the East this year.

Still haven't seen Gustavsson. For some reason they are barely showing any Detroit preseason games, even though they have an EMPTY FSD2 channel half the time. The least they could do is show the CBC feed for these Toronto Detroit games. I'm too far away from the border though, so I don't get CBC. I'm stuck waiting for the regular season.

Also I just switched providers, and now I don't get NHL Network. Not a huge deal, but I did like watching HNIC on Saturday nights.

I mentionned two teams, that I personally don't care about. I like Chicago Washington and Anaheim quite a bit as well. I used to like Islanders and with Tavares back I can get back to that possibly as well!

The teams that I can always cheer for, without fail

Colorado
Toronto
Boston

Teams I can NEVER cheer for, at all, for any reason

Montreal
Ottawa
Philadelphia
Anaheim
Dallas
Pittsburgh

Teams that I usually dislike, but have a redeeming quality of some sort that prevents them from being in the hate group

Vancouver
Calgary
San Jose
Buffalo
New York Rangers

Teams I can sort of cheer for, because of the way they play, or because I like a player on their team, or some other random reason

Washington
St. Louis
Chicago

Teams that are in the "meh" category. Basically, these are just teams that I don't hate for any reason, but yet don't really like a ton either

Edmonton
Nashville
Detroit (used to be in the hate category, have moved out of it recently though, mainly because I like the way they play)
Carolina
Buffalo
New York Islanders
Los Angeles

Teams that are just too boring to watch for some reason, be it the style they play, or perhaps just something as simple as their jerseys or location

New Jersey
Minnesota (may move out of this category this year though)
Florida
Tampa Bay
Atlanta
Columbus
Phoenix

Columbus should move categories this year too.

But if Detroit and Pittsburgh are both in the hate (or WERE both), who the hell did you cheer for the past 2 seasons? Lol.

Detroit of course. I realized that the rivalry they had with Colorado was over, so I could bring myself to cheer for them against a team I actually hated more (that being Pittsburgh of course).

Pre 06-07 ish though, Detroit was my number 3 hate team, right after Montreal and Ottawa.
