Well the NorthEast division is certainly off to a great start...has this always been the case?

When you start out 5-0-1, you shouldn't be only 3 points ahead of the last place team in your division..I want to be in the Southeast instead

This actually hasn't always been the case. I'm pretty sure everyone started off more even.
